Our Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and become effective when we issue you a booking reference via our website or in exceptional cases, through phone communication. Both parties, that is, you (the customer) and us (Holidays Car Parking Ltd), agree to abide by the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

These terms specifically pertain to bookings made directly through our Holidays Car Parking website, app, or via our contact center, as well as through our affiliate partners using our booking platform. We operate as a booking agent for various companies that provide or manage the travel products available on our platform. Your contract for these travel products will be with the specific provider, and they maintain their own terms and conditions, which you can request or access on their respective websites. Bookings made via third-party partner websites are subject to the terms and conditions specified on those sites.

By making a booking with Holidays Car Parking Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which are governed by English law and apply from the moment we provide you with a booking reference. You also agree to comply with the jurisdiction of the courts in England.

1.0  Before You Make a Booking

We strive to provide you with comprehensive and accurate information regarding each available booking option. The holiday packages, air tickets, hotels, car parks, lounges, and car hire that we offer are subject to terms and conditions from their respective providers, which also apply to you upon booking. Our role begins as an intermediary once you book, where we share your booking details with the provider and issue you a booking reference number via email on behalf of the provider.

For Airport Car Parking, we collaborate with multiple car park providers across the country, offering a diverse range of options and prices that are subject to change. It is essential to carefully review the details of each parking product before selecting the option that best fits your requirements and budget. Please note, we cannot process refund claims based on insufficient information provided in the product details on our website.

Holidays Car Parking Ltd acts as an agent for carefully selected car park providers featured on our website. Your parking contract will be directly with the individual car park provider and will be governed by their specific Terms & Conditions, which may include exemption clauses and liability limitations. Detailed Terms & Conditions for each car park are available directly from the respective provider. Your email confirmation will specify the name of the car park provider with whom your booking has been made.

All prices displayed include VAT and are regularly updated to ensure we offer you the most competitive deal available at the time of booking. Prices quoted may fluctuate if you return to book at a later time. To secure the price you see, we recommend booking the package immediately upon your decision. We reserve the right to rectify any pricing errors on our website or bookings made at an incorrect price.

If you apply a discount code when viewing our products, the discount will be clearly indicated for each applicable package. To avail of your discount, ensure that you select a package explicitly stating that the discount can be applied.

2.0 Making Your Parking Booking

Prices:

Holidays Car Parking offers excellent deals for airport parking. Here is our pricing information:

  • All displayed/advertised prices include VAT.
  • A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all car parking bookings and must be paid at the time of booking.
  • Certain car parks may have a minimum stay requirement. If you plan to stay for less than this period, you will still be charged the minimum stay duration cost.
  • Daily parking prices shown on the website may vary depending on the dates and duration of your stay.
  • Please review the parking product details for any additional surcharges before making your booking. These surcharges are paid directly to the car park provider and are not included in our displayed/advertised prices.
  • Not all car parks can accommodate unusually wide or high-sided vehicles, and additional charges may apply. Please check before booking.
  • Special offers, vouchers, and promotion codes cannot be combined with any other offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.0 Amending/Cancelling Your Parking Booking

We understand that circumstances may change, requiring you to cancel or modify your booking. We strive to accommodate these changes within reasonable limits, adhering to the Terms and Conditions specific to each car parking product. Please review the cancellation and amendment policy outlined below:

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations are subject to the terms agreed upon in these Terms & Conditions and must be processed through Holidays Car Parking, not directly with the car park provider. Each provider may have its own cancellation policy, so it's essential to check their Terms & Conditions.
  • Some products, labeled as non-flexible (Non-Flex), cannot be amended and are not eligible for refunds.

To cancel a booking, please contact us via our ticketing system at https://holidayscarparking.uk/support or email us at info@holidayscarparking.uk, quoting your booking reference number. Please note that cancellation requests can only be processed during office hours and are subject to our specified notice periods.

All cancelled bookings are subject to a £20.00 administration charge, except in cases where you have purchased cancellation cover, cancel at least 72 hours before your Drop-Off time, and have not booked a non-amendable product (Non-Flex).

Refunds:

  • No refunds are applicable for partial stays.
  • All booking fees are non-refundable.
  • Non-amendable products (Non-Flex) do not qualify for refunds.

Refund Notice Periods:

  • To qualify for a refund, car park providers typically require a minimum cancellation notice of 72 hours before your arrival time, except for the following exceptions:
    • Manchester SkyPark Indoor: 14 days notice
    • Edinburgh Flying Scot: 14 days notice
    • Edinburgh Low Cost Park & Ride: 14 days notice
    • Edinburgh Park & Fly, Park & Ride/Meet & Greet: 14 days notice
  • Non-amendable products (Non-Flex) are not eligible for refunds.
  • Certain promotional offers are non-refundable.

We make every effort to ensure that clients receive accurate booking information. If, for any reason, you do not use the booked space without sufficient notice, regrettably, no refund will be issued.

Parking Booking Amendments:

Parking Cancellation Cover:

  • Opting for our optional Cancellation Cover exempts you from the £20 cancellation fee or £10 amendment fee in case you need to cancel or modify your booking. However, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your car park arrival time, or 48 hours before for amendments. Cancellations after this timeframe are subject to our standard terms & conditions and those of the car park provider.
  • Please note: Non-amendable products (Non-Flex) cannot be cancelled.

4.0 Arriving at the Car Park (Drop-Off)

We will send you all necessary documentation via email to access the car park.

For Park & Ride/Shuttle Services and On-site Parking:

Please ensure you have:

  • Directions to the car park
  • Telephone number of the car park
  • The Booking Reference and/or Booking Confirmation Voucher
  • The credit or debit card used for booking (some car parks use it for automated entry and exit).

For Meet & Greet/Chauffeur Services:

Ensure you have:

  • Directions to the airport
  • The Chauffeur's contact number
  • Details of arrival procedure as stated on your booking voucher.

Entry/Exit Procedures:

Failure to follow correct procedures or present your booking voucher may result in charges from the car park provider. Holidays Car Parking cannot obtain refunds on your behalf.

Please arrive at the car park with ample time. We cannot compensate for missed bookings, flights, or other issues due to lateness.

Most airports charge Pick Up and Drop-off fees. Please check airport policies online. These fees are payable directly to the airport or provider and are not included in your booking fee.

Possessions and Keys:

Some services may require leaving your ignition keys for efficient parking. This is standard practice and safe. Check parking information when booking. Remove all belongings except keys/codes needed for your vehicle.

Ensure your vehicle is roadworthy, taxed, and has a valid MOT before leaving it. Service provider drivers are fully insured.

5.0 Collecting Your Car (Pick-Up)

Car park providers accept liability for proven acts of negligence within the extent of their Terms & Conditions. Therefore, it is essential to read and fully comprehend these T&C’s before utilizing any parking services.

For Park & Ride and Meet & Greet parking options, it's crucial to note that once your vehicle has departed the site, any claims cannot be considered. To safeguard your interests, we recommend thoroughly inspecting your vehicle before leaving the car park or terminal area. Should you have any concerns, promptly report them directly to the car park provider. This proactive approach ensures that any issues can be addressed promptly and effectively, maintaining the security and satisfaction of your parking experience.

6.0 Parking Complaints Procedure

In the event that you encounter an issue at your car park, please notify the provider before leaving. Some providers may not accept complaints once you have departed and collected your vehicle. Addressing complaints after departure can also be more challenging. Service providers typically attempt to resolve issues before you leave the car park.

If you remain dissatisfied with the service provider's resolution, please submit any outstanding issues in writing to Holidays Car Parking within 10 days of your return date. Include detailed information about your complaint. Send your complaint to:

You should expect a response within 10 working days of us receiving your complaint. We will make every effort to address your concerns. However, Holidays Car Parking Ltd cannot be held liable for any issues with the car park provider.

Limitation of Liability:

Holidays Car Parking Ltd's total liability to the client for any claims arising from website use is limited to the cost of the client's booking, including both parking and booking fees paid to Holidays Car Parking Ltd.

We do not accept liability under any circumstances for factors beyond our control that prevent contract performance. These factors include, but are not limited to, war, threats of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, natural disasters, nuclear disasters, fire, adverse weather conditions, etc. While changes or termination due to force majeure are unlikely, we regret that we cannot refund payments for services not rendered due to major events. We do not accept liability or provide compensation for damage, loss, or expenses resulting from force majeure affecting our contract obligations.

Distance Selling Regulation:

Under Distance Selling Regulations 2000, Regulation 6 (b) 4, all bookings are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period applicable to some online goods and services.

Modification of Terms & Conditions:

Holidays Car Parking Ltd may periodically amend these Terms and Conditions. You agree to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of booking.
